The global Apple Store has recently closed, except for China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Partly because of AirPods malfunctioning users, Apple will send replacement AirPods to users by mail.
Recently, however, some users have indicated that they have received AirPods that cannot be paired normally. Someone has checked the firmware version used by these AirPods, which turned out to be a 2D3 version that has never appeared. Although Apple Support seems to know the reason why it can't be paired, but "I can't help", now I have to wait for Apple to officially release the new AirPods Firmware to solve the problem.
However, this also means that AirPods will soon have new firmware officially launched.
