Apple has recently been subject to a class action lawsuit. According to a foreign media AppleInsider report, it pointed out that Apple profited from illegal gambling applications in the App Store, and said that Apple is an unlicensed casino in the App Store.

The lawsuit specifically mentioned the gambling app developed by the developer DoubleU Games Co., and the lawsuit complained that although the app’s in-app purchase was originally intended to purchase game currency, in the gambling app, users only exchange real money for the app. And one of the plaintiffs purchased 5 chips, each with up to US$107.99.

According to the accusation, according to the laws of various states in the United States, these applications constitute illegal gambling. Because of in-app purchases, developers need to pay 30% of the total in-app purchases as a handling fee. Therefore, on the contrary, Apple actively allows, promotes and Profit from illegal gambling apps.
