Apple also tried camera center design, iPod Touch prototype online exposure

Whether it’s an iPod Touch or an iPhone, Apple’s main camera system is always designed in the upper left corner of the back of the fuselage, but Giulio Zompetti, a collector of Apple device prototypes, today exposed the photos of the third-generation iPod Touch prototype. It is shown that Apple has also considered to design the main camera system in the upper center of the back of the device.

Of course, the third-generation iPod Touch, which was finally released in August 2009, was not equipped with a camera system. It was only the next year’s fourth-generation iPod Touch that finally got the iSight camera and FaceTime HD camera.
